Starting this year, Simion Advisory Partners enters a strategic collaboration with the Singaporean Debt and Equity firm Gaba Principle, led by the Sophie Brown as CEO.

Sophie trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London in 1999 before moving on to work in industry focusing on M&A and debt structuring, as well as Real Estate. She has worked for private equity-owned, family-owned and FTSE 250 businesses and been Finance Director of several different companies.

Based in Singapore, Gaba Principle boasts a robust network of High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Private Capital Pools, and established Financial Institutions. This network is a testament to the firm’s capacity to provide specialized advisory services in debt and equity raising.

The firm’s recent focus on developing Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects across the UK, Europe, and the US, in collaboration with Capital Assured, highlights its strategic vision.
