Overview
This Scope of Work applies to financial models purchased through the Simion Advisory Partners configurator at simionadvisory.com. It defines the deliverables, methodology, and terms of engagement for our productized financial modeling service.
Methodology
All financial models are built using the Wassily Leontief Input-Output framework. Every operational driver (input) is mathematically linked to the Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement (outputs). When one lever moves, the entire ecosystem updates in real-time. This ensures consistency, traceability, and institutional-grade accuracy.
Deliverables
Upon completion, you will receive:
- An integrated three statement financial model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Input drivers and assumptions clearly separated from calculations
- Scenario analysis capability (Base, Best, Worst case, or custom)
- Documentation of key assumptions and methodology
- One working session to walk through the model and answer questions
Client Responsibilities
To deliver the model on time, we require from you:
- Historical financial data (where applicable) in an agreed format
- Revenue and cost assumptions, or availability for discovery workshops
- Timely responses to clarification requests (within 3 business days)
- Access to a representative for the final walk-through session
Timeline
Delivery timelines vary by complexity. Pre-seed and simple models are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after all inputs are received. Seed and Series A models may require 10–14 business days. Complex models with advanced historical data may take longer. A specific timeline will be confirmed upon project kickoff.
Revisions
The quoted price includes one round of revisions based on your feedback after the initial delivery. Additional revision rounds may be requested at an agreed hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Payment
Payment is due upon checkout via the configured Stripe link. The project commences once payment is confirmed. Refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions for Financial Modeling Services.
