Scope and Application
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to financial modeling services purchased through the Simion Advisory Partners configurator at simionadvisory.com. They govern the purchase, delivery, and use of three statement financial models built using the Leontief Input-Output methodology. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout via Stripe. The quoted price is fixed based on your configuration (investment stage, business model complexity, and historical data depth). The project commences only after payment is confirmed. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Cancellation
Given the custom nature of financial modeling work:
- Before delivery: If you cancel before we have commenced substantive work (e.g., before the first deliverable or discovery session), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, minus any administrative or setup costs incurred.
- After delivery: Once the model has been delivered, no refunds are offered. Revisions are handled per the Scope of Work.
- Non-performance: If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline due to our fault, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue or provide a proportionate refund.
Deliverables and Ownership
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered financial model for your business purposes. The model structure, methodology, and templates remain our intellectual property. You may not resell, white-label, or redistribute the model or its structure to third parties without our written consent.
Client Data and Confidentiality
We treat your financial data and business information as confidential. We use it solely to deliver the model and do not share it with third parties except as required by law. Our Privacy Notice applies to all personal data we process.
Limitation of Liability
Our financial models are provided for planning and decision-support purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, investment returns, or regulatory compliance. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
